The COOK4FIT meal plan is tailored for you according to your genetic profile in the BODY4FIT+ system complex and system standard product line. It can be your helper on the way to an ideal diet. Through this plan, you can significantly improve your eating habits, which will directly affect your health. During the consultation, this plan can be further detailed in accordance with your personal preferences.
Supplemental plan
Along with the results of your BODY4FIT+ or LOOK4FIT DNA test, after a consultation, we will also prepare a draft of your personal supplementation plan as an effective daily supplement to your diet and lifestyle. Our plan is unique, based on the results of DNA analysis as well as your current medical history and requirements for achieving goals in all areas of health, prevention and sports. The supplementation plan consists exclusively of nutritional supplements that are approved by our expert committee for children from early age to seniors. We compile it for 60, 40 or 20 days with cyclical repetition and changes as needed. Nutritional supplements in the supplementation program are financially advantageous for our customers within the DNAFAMILY club compared to regular prices. It is suitable for BODY4FIT+ system complex and system standart product lines as well as LOOK4FIT system beauty complex.
Consultation SPORT+
The SPORT+ consultation is tailored for you according to your genetic profile in the BODY4FIT+ system complex and system standard product line. It is suitable for elite and hobby athletes. Based on the results of the DNA test, we will propose adjustments to the training process with our experts. We can also recommend additional diagnostics, preventive and advisory examinations according to sports level/performance in the scope of biochemistry, body composition analysis, spiroergometry, ergometry - lactate, anthropometry, orientation spirometry, jump ergometry, wingate test and others according to the current offer.
